We ask that you make your selection carefully as once the Checkout process is complete, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, decide you do not like an item or find it cheaper elsewhere. Some of our products are rustic in nature and are therefore intended to look vintage or worn.
If however an item is found to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund a damaged item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem. You are responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from us if the product is confirmed to have a problem, so we ask you to keep your receipts.
